By accessing the Apex Automate website or platform you accept these Terms. They apply to all visitors, prospects, and clients.

Services provided
We offer SaaS subscriptions (Starter, Growth, and Elite AI+ plans) combining CRM, automation, and AI capabilities, plus done-for-you professional setup services. The platform may be updated over time; we give reasonable notice of material changes.
Account registration
You must be 18 or over and provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and must report any suspicious activity on your account immediately.
Subscriptions, free trial and payments
New users receive a free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually and are billed via Stripe or PayPal. Setup fees are charged separately from subscription fees.
Prices are shown in GBP for UK clients and USD for others. We give 30 days' notice of price changes.
Cancellations and refunds
A 7-day refund window applies from the date of your initial paid subscription payment. Setup fees are not refundable once work begins. Cancelling stops future billing at the end of the current period.
Intellectual property
Apex Automate retains ownership of all platform content and templates. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal business use only.
User content
Content you provide remains your property. You grant Apex Automate a limited licence to store and process it for the purpose of delivering the service.
Data protection and privacy
We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. You are the data controller for your customer data; Apex Automate acts as processor. After termination, data deletion follows the retention periods in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Third-party services
The platform integrates with third-party services such as Google, Meta, Stripe, and PayPal. We are not responsible for outages or changes to those services.
Termination
We may suspend accounts for breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or non-payment. Your licence to use the platform ends immediately upon termination.
General
These Terms include standard provisions covering force majeure, severability, no waiver, assignment restrictions, and constitute the entire agreement between you and Apex Automate Ltd.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
