We may update, modify, or enhance the Services at any time to improve functionality and user experience.

4. Account Registration

To access the platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

5. Subscription, Free Trial & Payments

New users are entitled to a 30-day free trial.

After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew into the selected paid plan unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually (as chosen at checkout).

By providing payment details, you authorise Apex Automate to charge recurring payments via your selected payment method.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting [email protected].

A 7-day refund window applies from the date of your initial paid subscription.

Refunds are not available for setup or custom project work once commenced.

After the 7-day period, all fees are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and materials created or provided by Apex Automate remain our intellectual property.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your own business.
You may not copy, resell, or reproduce our systems, templates, or code without written consent.

8. User Content

Any content you upload (text, images, data) remains your property.
By using our Services, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and use that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Personal data is collected and processed only as described in our Privacy Policy.
You retain full ownership of customer data stored in your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Apex Automate Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous three (3) months of your subscription.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, though we aim for maximum uptime and reliability.

11. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Google, Meta, Stripe).
We are not responsible for any issues or liabilities arising from third-party platforms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, illegal activity, or misuse of the platform.
Upon termination, your licence to use our Services ends immediately.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
